We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally comfortable, cozy, clean, and friendly hotel experience.  The following Hotel Policy/Rules has been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating Zoe Guest House.  These Hotel Policy/Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy/Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.  These Hotel Policy/Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ comfort and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understanding between Zoe Guest House and the guest.

Check-In Time: 14:00 P.M.  |  Check-Out: 12:00 P.M.

Check-In 

Guests must be at least 17 years of age to check in at Zoe Guest House. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Identity Card / KTP or passport) at check-in. Deposit of Rp.100,000 ( Fully Refunded on Check-Out Day ). A valid credit card signed in the name of the registered guest is required to cover incidental charges.

Pets

Zoe Guest House does not provide accommodations for pets. Pet is not allowed.

Guests who bring animals will be subject to a fine of Rp. 400,000 / animal / day.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled or modified 3 days prior to check-in date, no fee will be charged. If canceled/modified or in case of no-show 2 days prior to check-in date, 100 percent charge from the first night will be charged.

Non-Smoking Room

In order to keep the rooms smoke-free and to ensure that our hotel rooms do not have unpleasant odors for other hotel guests, and odors that are difficult to remove from the air, floors, walls and furniture, we do not allow smoking, e-cigarettes, vape pens and vaping in hotel rooms. We do provide designated areas for smoking.

Room Keys

Room keys are issued to the registered guests. Please return room keys to Front Desk at check-out.

Lost key will be charged for Rp.150,000.

Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property

The guest is responsible for any damage caused (whether by intentional, negligent or reckless action) to the room, hotel building or property caused by the guest or anyone in the guest group, whether staying at the hotel or not staying at the hotel.

Parking
 

Free parking for registered guests. Zoe Guest House is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle. Any loss of damage to the vehicle that is parked and the items in it are at the risk of the vehicle owner. 

Rates

Rates may increase without notice.  Rates as advertised on the Zoe Guest House website or any other website, social media, or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion.

Zoe Guest House is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate any State or Government laws. Zoe Guest House has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the hotel owner and management. Zoe Guest House may refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or other intoxicating substances and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; use the hotel for any unlawful purpose; destroy, damage, desecrate, or threaten to harm hotel property or guests; cause or allow people to exceed the maximum permitted room occupancy.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Zoe Guest House reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, vary or add to the Hotel Policies/Rules and content settings displayed on our Hotel website at any time without prior notice. Check our website for updates to Hotel Policies/Rules. Any modifications to the Hotel Policies/Rules that occur prior to your departure, are considered part of your reservation agreement with us.
